The drive from Flagstaff to North Rim was the most amazing drive ever. Words can’t do much justice so just check out the pictures. The N. Rim is surrounded by a pine forest and it was actually pretty chilly. There was still some snow on the ground in certain spots and the low was supposed to be 40 degrees. That evening we went to check out the canyon during sunset and it was awesome. Not much could really compare to that. We went back to the campground had a campfire and then called it a night. Big hike tomorrow.
