Deep in the Heart of Texas

So our night in Dallas was very chill. We just had a couple drinks downtown in the West End up on a roof top patio. There was a live band, beautiful weather, couldn't ask for much more. Next day we drove to Lubbock and realized again that Texas is huge. We drove for about 2 hours without seeing anything, but wind farms and oil rigs. Arriving in Lubbock we were greeted by our personal tour guides, Caitlyn and Rachel, both are awesome. We got a nice tour of the city, checked out Texas Tech, and went out for some margaritas. We also went to Spanky's and had their world famous cheese stix, they were tasty and fit right in with the diet that we have been keeping up lately. From there, the night consisted of dance parties in the back seat of Caitlyn's car, going to bars where we were the only people there, besides Joe's new buddy, Reuben, and an awesome dance party of 5-7 people til all hours of the night. The next morning it was a tough goodbye because we all had such a good time. Even though it's a tough call, I would have to say Lubbock was best night so far. Thanks tour guides...
